Hi there! I think the main factor is immigration - how many other flights land around the same time and how many immigration staff they have. Assume off the plane by 12:30, through immigration in 30-60 min (1-1:30), 15 min to get an Uber + 20-30 min to hotel (even if not far away, there will be sufficient mid-day traffic) gets you to the hotel at 2:15pm, then 15-30 min to get an Uber to the stadium around 2:30-2:45pm. I think I'm being pretty conservative in the times here, but you never know in Mexico! Let me know how it goes.
